Can you clarify the use of the title"Head of Parliament of Ukraine"

Are you referring to "Leader of a Parliamentary faction" or speaker of the house. He is not leader of the government and normally you would not refer to the speaker as head of the parliament although you might I guess.

Also from which of the sub factions does he gain his main support and representation?

Thanks in advance.

Speaking about Leader of the Front for Changes Arseniy Yatseniuk, Zhdanov said that he had a good start after resigning from the post of parliamentary speaker, but has a limited appeal among voters.

"His main electorate is disaffected voters for President Viktor Yuschenko and the Our Ukraine Party,"
